Can a startup apply?
Yes. Startups are welcome to apply. A new merchant that does not have previous processing statements should make sure the website, inventory, business details, banking, policies and fulfilment process are ready for underwriting.
Do I need to have inventory before I apply?
PeptidePay strongly prefers merchants to be operational and capable of fulfilling the products advertised for sale. Inventory readiness and realistic shipping timelines are important to the customer experience and underwriting story.
Can an established merchant switch processors?
Yes. Established merchants can apply and provide relevant processing history. A controlled transition should generally be planned after the new setup has been approved, integrated and tested.
What if I had chargebacks with my previous processor?
Be transparent. Provide accurate statements and useful context when requested. An explained historical issue is easier to evaluate than an undisclosed or confusing processing history.
Does applying guarantee approval?
No. Final approval, pricing, reserve structure, payment methods, settlement timing and other terms are determined through underwriting and the applicable processing arrangement.
Can I apply if my website is unfinished?
A substantially complete website is strongly preferred. If the reviewer cannot see the real products, policies, contact information and customer experience, the application can create unnecessary follow-up.
Does PeptidePay support SARMs?
No. The RUO peptide program described on PeptidePay.ca is not intended for SARMs. Merchants should disclose the real product catalogue and remain within the approved merchant profile.
Can I use WooCommerce?
Yes. PeptidePay has a WooCommerce-focused integration path for qualifying approved merchants.
Can I use a custom API?
Yes. A custom API path is available for merchants with custom websites, applications or portals, subject to merchant approval and the technical configuration available through the approved gateway.
Can Canadian merchants receive CAD funding?
CAD funding is part of PeptidePay’s Canadian positioning. Eligible merchants may also have USD funding options depending on approval, banking and processing configuration.
