Peptide Merchant Requirements & Compliance Readiness.
A strong payment application is not just a form. It is a complete merchant story. PeptidePay.ca helps qualifying Canadian RUO peptide merchants understand the website, inventory, documentation, banking, fulfilment and operating details that underwriting is likely to review.
Six areas that should be ready before you apply.
Underwriting may request additional information depending on the merchant, but these are the foundations we want in place first.
Legal Business
Have the correct corporation or business registration information, ownership details and operating name ready for review.
Owner Identification
Owners and controlling persons should be prepared to complete applicable KYC identity verification.
Business Banking
The settlement account should belong to the appropriate business and line up with the entity presented during underwriting.
Inventory in Stock
Products shown for sale should be real, available and capable of being fulfilled within the timelines promised to customers.
Complete Website
Products, checkout, contact information, policies and company details should be live before the file goes to review.
RUO Alignment
The catalogue and marketing should remain consistent with the approved research-use peptide merchant profile. No SARMs.
Have the information ready so the file doesn’t stall.
The faster a reviewer can understand the business, the less time is lost asking for basic information that could have been organized in advance.
Organize the file before you click submit.
Exact requirements vary by merchant and underwriting partner, but the application should be supported by clear business, ownership, website, banking and operational information. Established merchants should also be ready to provide relevant processing history.
Your website should answer customer questions before underwriting asks them.
A complete storefront signals that the merchant is ready to operate. An unfinished site creates avoidable questions about fulfilment, customer support and the true business model.
Looks ready to take real orders.
- Products and pricing are visible.
- Checkout loads and works properly.
- Contact information is easy to find.
- Shipping policy explains timing and process.
- Refund/return policy is published.
- Privacy policy and terms are live.
- RUO positioning is consistent where relevant.
- Products offered match the merchant profile presented for underwriting.
Looks unfinished or inconsistent.
- Placeholder pages or broken product links remain live.
- Most products are unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
- No refund or shipping policy is visible.
- Business/contact identity is unclear.
- Marketing language conflicts with the disclosed RUO profile.
- SARMs or undisclosed categories appear in the catalogue.
- Checkout or payment pages are broken.
- The website tells a materially different story from the application.
Approval is easier to support when the business actually operates like a business.
Underwriting is not only about the website. The merchant should be able to receive orders, ship products, answer customers, process refunds and keep records.
Most delays are preventable.
The application may still require follow-up, but these are common reasons a file becomes harder to review than it needs to be.
Incomplete Website
The reviewer cannot clearly see the real product catalogue, policies or working checkout.
Banking Mismatch
The business name, account holder or ownership information does not line up cleanly.
Missing Inventory
The merchant is advertising products but cannot explain how those orders will be fulfilled.
Unclear Product Profile
The catalogue or marketing does not match the merchant category being presented.
Unexplained History
Established merchants have processing issues, reserves or chargebacks without useful context.
Slow Follow-Up
Underwriting asks for a document or explanation and the merchant waits days to respond.
Stay recognizable as the business that was approved.
Merchant compliance is not a one-day event. The approved profile should remain materially consistent while the business grows.
Do not add surprise products.
Review material catalogue changes before routing them through the approved processing configuration.
Keep the message aligned.
Advertising and product copy should not drift into a materially different business profile from the one reviewed.
Ship on time.
Operational problems become refund requests and chargebacks when customers cannot get clear answers.
Answer customers quickly.
Good support can prevent simple order questions from becoming card disputes.
Keep policies current.
Update shipping, refund, terms and contact information when the real operating process changes.
Keep records organized.
Maintain the business, processing and operational information needed if a follow-up review occurs.
A cleaner file creates a cleaner underwriting path.

Finish the website, organize business documents, confirm inventory and make sure banking is correct.

Submit the merchant and ownership information through Boardvia.
Respond Quickly

Integrate + Launch
Once approved, connect the supported payment setup and operate within the approved merchant profile.
Questions merchants ask before underwriting.
What documents do I need to apply?
Requirements vary, but merchants should generally be prepared with legal business information, applicable owner/KYC information, settlement banking, a live website, product/fulfilment details and any additional documents requested during underwriting.
Do I need processing statements if I am a startup?
A brand-new merchant may not have processing statements. In that case, website readiness, ownership, banking, inventory, fulfilment and the overall merchant profile become especially important.
What if I am already processing elsewhere?
Established merchants should be prepared to provide relevant recent processing history if requested. Statements can help underwriting understand volume, refunds, chargebacks and operating stability.
Do my products need to be in stock?
PeptidePay strongly prefers merchants to be operational and capable of fulfilling what they advertise for sale. Inventory and realistic shipping expectations are important to both underwriting and customer experience.
What policies should my website have?
At minimum, merchants should expect to have clear shipping, refund/return, privacy and terms information, along with visible customer-contact details. Requirements can vary by merchant and processor.
Can I apply with an unfinished website?
A substantially complete live website is strongly preferred. An unfinished site often creates unnecessary underwriting questions because the reviewer cannot accurately assess the products, checkout, policies or customer experience.
Does the PeptidePay RUO program support SARMs?
No. The RUO peptide program described on this site is not intended for SARMs. Merchants should disclose their actual catalogue and remain within the approved product profile.
What happens if my business name and bank account do not match?
A mismatch may require clarification or additional documentation. The merchant should make sure the legal entity, ownership information and settlement account are presented accurately during underwriting.
Do I need COAs?
Product-documentation requirements can vary. Where COAs or other supporting product documentation are applicable, merchants should keep them organized and consistent with the catalogue.
What commonly causes underwriting delays?
Common causes include incomplete websites, missing documentation, unclear product positioning, banking inconsistencies, unavailable inventory, unexplained processing issues and slow responses to follow-up requests.
What changes should I review after approval?
Material changes to product categories, website positioning, ownership, banking or other core elements of the approved merchant profile should be reviewed before they create a processing issue.
Does meeting every checklist item guarantee approval?
No. These are readiness guidelines, not an approval guarantee. Final eligibility, pricing, reserve structure and processing terms are determined through underwriting and the applicable processing arrangement.
Where do I apply?
Merchant applications are submitted through Boardvia using the application buttons throughout the PeptidePay.ca website.
Get the business ready. Then get underwriting involved.
A complete website, real inventory, clear policies, correct banking and organized business information make the merchant easier to understand and easier to review.
