High-Volume Peptide Payment Processing Built to Scale.
Already processing meaningful volume? PeptidePay.ca gives established Canadian RUO peptide merchants a path built around processing history, operational maturity, CAD or eligible USD funding, WooCommerce or API connectivity, and custom pricing that can move below our public high-volume tier.
Your volume should work for you.
Our published high-volume tier is 10.00% for merchants processing $250K+ per month. Established merchants with stronger history may qualify for a custom flat rate below the public tier — as low as 6.00% after underwriting and statement review.
Custom Enterprise Pricing
The lowest pricing is reserved for merchants whose volume, operational controls and processing performance support it. We review the business as a whole instead of pretending every high-volume merchant carries the same profile.
What can move your rate lower?
For an established peptide merchant, your processing history tells a story. Strong merchants can bring evidence instead of asking underwriting to judge a business only from a website.
- Meaningful and consistent monthly card volume
- Healthy chargeback and dispute performance
- Controlled refunds and responsive support
- Fast, traceable order fulfillment
- Clear RUO-only product positioning
- Stable ownership and business banking
- Professional website and customer policies
- Transparent processing history
- Predictable average ticket and product mix
- Operational capacity to support growth
At this level, your statements are an asset.
A mature merchant does not need to be evaluated like a startup. Recent processing history can help underwriters understand your real volume, refunds, disputes, average ticket and operating consistency.
Consistent Volume
Stable, explainable processing volume gives underwriting a clearer picture of the business you already operate.
Dispute Performance
Lower and well-managed chargeback activity is one of the strongest signals that customers, fulfillment and support are working together.
Fulfillment
Inventory on hand, fast shipment and reliable tracking matter even more when order volume increases.
Refund Discipline
A merchant that solves legitimate customer issues before they become disputes shows stronger operational control.
Average Ticket
Transaction size, product mix and ordering patterns help determine how the account is structured and priced.
Business Maturity
Clear ownership, banking, policies, customer support and RUO positioning help support a stronger merchant profile.
Show us the business you’ve already built.
When you apply, bring your recent processing information. We want the good history — and we also want context around anything that needs explaining. Transparency is better than surprises during underwriting.
What we want to see
- Recent processing statements showing actual volume
- Consistent sales rather than unexplained spikes
- Manageable dispute and chargeback activity
- Healthy refund practices
- Orders shipping on time with tracking
- Products clearly positioned for research use only
- Business information matching banking and website details
Tell us before underwriting asks
- Previous processor termination or account shutdown
- Sudden volume changes or large seasonal spikes
- Past chargeback or fraud issues
- Major refund events
- Fulfillment delays or inventory interruptions
- Recent ownership, bank or entity changes
- Multiple websites, brands or descriptors that need explanation
Don’t turn off what works before the new path is ready.
For an established merchant, migration should be controlled. The goal is to understand your current setup, complete underwriting, prepare the new integration and then move processing deliberately.
A smarter transition.
Bring your existing processing history, current ecommerce platform and integration details. We can structure the review around the business that exists today rather than asking you to rebuild everything from scratch.
Do not intentionally create unnecessary downtime. Keep your current operation stable while your new merchant path is being reviewed and prepared.
High volume makes cash flow matter more.
At scale, settlement structure can matter just as much as the headline processing rate. PeptidePay.ca is built to support Canadian merchants with practical funding paths, subject to approval and account eligibility.
CAD Settlement
Canadian-dollar funding helps merchants match domestic operating expenses and reduce unnecessary currency friction where applicable.
USD Funding
For qualifying structures, USD funding may be available when it better fits how the merchant sells, banks or pays suppliers.
Next-Day Settlement
Eligible merchants may qualify for next-day settlement. Timing depends on processing setup, cutoffs, banking and underwriting approval.
Processing is only useful if the operation can scale with it.
Established merchants often already have workflows, developers, fulfillment systems and reporting needs. The processing layer should fit the operation — not force the business backwards.
WooCommerce Ready
Connect a WordPress/WooCommerce storefront to an approved payment path while keeping the customer experience focused on the merchant’s own brand.
ECOMMERCEAPI Ready
For merchants with custom carts, internal developers or specialized workflows, API connectivity can support a more tailored integration.
CUSTOM INTEGRATIONHuman Support
High-volume accounts need people who understand the merchant profile, processing history and operational urgency — not just a generic support script.
REAL PEOPLERisk Visibility
Track the things that protect continuity: fulfillment, refunds, chargebacks, customer communication and website consistency as the business grows.
STAY PROCESSINGVolume magnifies everything.
A high-volume merchant cannot treat inventory, customer service or compliance as an afterthought. More orders mean more opportunities for success — and more opportunities for preventable disputes if operations fall behind.
Keep inventory ahead of demand
Do not scale advertising beyond what you can actually pick, pack and ship within your stated timelines.
Keep tracking reliable
High order counts require consistent carrier scans, shipment updates and traceable fulfillment records.
Keep support responsive
Unanswered emails can quickly become disputes. Customer service capacity should scale alongside sales volume.
Keep the website consistent
The products being sold, descriptor, policies and RUO positioning should continue to match the approved merchant profile.
Keep refunds controlled
Resolve valid issues quickly while watching for patterns that point to product, shipping or customer-expectation problems.
Keep underwriting informed
Material changes in ownership, websites, products or business structure should not appear as surprises after approval.
Questions established peptide merchants usually ask.
What is PeptidePay.ca’s published rate for merchants above $250K per month?
Our current published tier for $250K+ in monthly processing volume is 10.00%, subject to underwriting and approval.
Can a high-volume merchant get a rate below 10%?
Yes. Established merchants may be considered for custom pricing below the public high-volume tier after review of volume, statements, chargebacks, refunds, fulfillment, business maturity and the overall merchant profile.
Can the custom flat rate be as low as 6%?
Yes, custom enterprise pricing can be as low as 6.00% for qualifying merchants. The 6.00% rate is not automatic and should be treated as an “as low as” rate subject to underwriting, acquirer approval and ongoing account performance.
Do I need to provide processing statements?
For an established merchant seeking high-volume or custom pricing, recent processing statements are extremely useful. They help underwriters understand actual volume, average ticket, refunds, disputes and account history.
What if my statements show previous chargebacks?
Provide context rather than hiding the issue. Underwriting may consider what caused the disputes, whether the problem was temporary, what corrective steps were taken and how the account is performing now.
Do you support Canadian RUO peptide merchants?
Yes. PeptidePay.ca is positioned for Canadian research peptide merchants whose products and marketing fit an approved RUO-only profile. SARMs and human-use positioning are not part of this program.
Are reserves required?
PeptidePay.ca markets qualifying programs with no reserve. Final reserve treatment is determined during underwriting and can depend on the merchant profile, processing history and acquirer approval.
Can I receive funding in Canadian dollars?
Yes, CAD funding is a core option for Canadian merchants. Eligible merchants may also have USD funding options depending on account structure and banking.
Is next-day settlement available?
Next-day settlement may be available for eligible approved accounts. Actual timing depends on cutoff times, banking, transaction settlement and the merchant’s approved configuration.
Can I use WooCommerce?
Yes. WooCommerce is one of the ecommerce integration paths highlighted by PeptidePay.ca for approved merchants.
Can my developer use an API instead?
Yes. API integration may be used for approved merchants that operate custom checkout or ecommerce workflows and need developer-level connectivity.
Should I cancel my current processor before applying?
No. An established merchant should generally avoid creating unnecessary downtime. Complete the new review, approval and integration preparation before deliberately moving production traffic.
What should I have ready before applying?
Have business and ownership information, banking, a complete live website, inventory and fulfillment details, customer policies, RUO positioning, recent processing statements and explanations for any material processing-history issues.
