THE COMPLETE JOURNEY

Six stages from “I need processing” to “we’re live.”

Every merchant is different, so underwriting questions and technical steps can vary. This is the typical PeptidePay flow.

STAGE 01 • PREP

Get the merchant ready.

Before you apply, make the business easy to understand. A complete store creates a much cleaner starting point than a half-finished application.

  • Live website and checkout
  • Inventory in stock
  • RUO-aligned product presentation
  • Shipping, refund, privacy and terms policies
  • Business banking and support channel ready
01
02
STAGE 02 • APPLY

Submit through Boardvia.

Boardvia is the application portal. The merchant provides the business, ownership, banking and other information requested for underwriting.

  • Legal business information
  • Owner/KYC details
  • Settlement banking
  • Website and product information
  • Processing history where applicable
STAGE 03 • REVIEW

Underwriting reviews the real business.

The file is evaluated based on the merchant profile, products, website, operations and supporting information. Follow-up questions may be requested.

  • Product/category review
  • Website consistency
  • Fulfilment and refund readiness
  • Business and banking match
  • Statements/chargebacks for established merchants
03
04
STAGE 04 • INTEGRATE

Connect the approved payment setup.

After approval, the merchant moves into the technical setup that fits the business and the approved configuration.

  • WooCommerce path for WordPress stores
  • API path for custom sites/apps
  • Gateway configuration as approved
  • Payment methods based on setup
  • Order/payment workflow alignment
STAGE 05 • TEST

Run the complete checkout before traffic.

Do not stop at “the payment box appeared.” Test the customer journey from product selection all the way through order confirmation and refund handling.

  • Successful payment
  • Decline/error behaviour
  • Correct order status
  • Customer confirmation
  • Refund workflow understood
05
06
STAGE 06 • LIVE

Process, fulfil and get funded.

Once the account and integration are live, the merchant begins accepting approved payments, fulfilling orders and operating within the approved processing profile.

  • Accept configured payment methods
  • Ship orders within stated timelines
  • Handle support and refunds quickly
  • Monitor disputes and chargebacks
  • Receive settlement based on approved funding setup
WHO DOES WHAT?

You don’t need to wonder who owns each step.

The smoothest launches happen when the merchant, PeptidePay and the technical team each know what they are responsible for.

🏢

The Merchant

Provides accurate application information, maintains inventory, publishes clear policies, responds to underwriting and operates within the approved merchant profile.

⚡

PeptidePay

Provides the merchant pathway, helps clarify readiness expectations, supports the processing/integration journey and directs applications through Boardvia.

⌁

Your Developer / Integrator

Implements the approved WooCommerce or API configuration, tests the transaction flow and maintains the merchant’s website/application integration.

BEFORE YOU CLICK APPLY

A little preparation can prevent a lot of back-and-forth.

You do not need a perfect company. You do need enough information for underwriting to understand the business you are asking them to approve.

READY TO APPLY

The merchant can answer the basics.

  • The website is live and substantially complete.
  • Products shown for sale can actually be fulfilled.
  • RUO positioning is clear and consistent.
  • No SARMs are included in the PeptidePay RUO profile.
  • Policies and customer-contact information are visible.
  • Business ownership and banking details are available.
FIX THIS FIRST

The application will create obvious questions.

  • The store is still mostly placeholders.
  • Products are listed but not actually available.
  • Website claims conflict with the merchant profile.
  • Business and settlement banking information does not line up.
  • Refund/shipping policies are missing.
  • An established merchant cannot explain major processing issues.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER APPROVAL?

Approval unlocks the payment path. Operations keep it healthy.

Getting approved matters. Keeping the customer experience clean after launch matters just as much.

Payment AcceptanceBegin accepting the payment methods enabled for the merchant’s approved processing configuration.
WooCommerce or APIUse the integration path that fits the approved setup and the merchant’s ecommerce technology.
NO RESERVES*Available for qualifying approved merchant profiles, subject to underwriting and processing terms.
Next-Day Settlement*Eligible merchants may receive accelerated settlement depending on approved configuration and banking conditions.
CAD FundingCanadian settlement support, with USD funding options available for eligible approved merchants.
Order FulfilmentShip within the timelines promised on the website and provide tracking where appropriate.
Refund ManagementResolve legitimate customer issues before avoidable disputes become chargebacks.
Profile ConsistencyKeep products, marketing, ownership and banking materially consistent with the approved merchant profile.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Three things merchants should understand from day one.

01 • UNDERWRITING

Approval is merchant-specific.

No checklist or rate card guarantees approval. Underwriting can request more information and can set merchant-specific processing terms.

02 • TIMING

Fast responses matter.

When underwriting or the integration team requests something, clear and prompt answers reduce unnecessary delays.

03 • OPERATIONS

Your first transactions matter.

Fulfil orders, answer customers and manage refunds carefully from the beginning. Strong operations help keep payment processing boring — which is exactly what you want.

HOW IT WORKS FAQ

Questions merchants ask about the PeptidePay process.

Where do I start?

Start by making sure the business is reasonably ready: a live website, real inventory, clear RUO positioning, policies, customer support, legal business information and settlement banking. Then submit the merchant application through Boardvia.

Where is the PeptidePay application?

PeptidePay merchant applications are submitted through Boardvia. The Start Processing Today buttons throughout PeptidePay.ca link to the application portal.

Can a startup apply without processing history?

Yes. A startup may not have processing statements. Underwriting can instead evaluate the business, website, ownership, banking, products, inventory and fulfilment readiness.

What happens during underwriting?

The applicable underwriting team reviews the merchant profile, website, products, business and ownership information, banking and other relevant information. Additional documents or explanations may be requested depending on the merchant.

How long does approval take?

Timing varies by merchant, completeness of the application and underwriting requirements. A complete file and fast responses to follow-up questions can help avoid preventable delays.

What happens after approval?

The merchant moves into the approved technical setup, such as WooCommerce or an API integration path. The payment flow should then be tested before meaningful live traffic is sent through it.

Can I use WooCommerce?

Yes. PeptidePay has a WooCommerce-focused integration path for qualifying merchants. The exact gateway/plugin configuration depends on the approved processing setup.

Can I use a custom API?

Yes. An API integration path is available for merchants with custom websites, applications or checkout workflows, subject to merchant approval and the technical capabilities of the approved gateway.

Can customers pay with Visa and Mastercard?

Visa and Mastercard acceptance may be available through the approved merchant configuration. American Express and supported digital-wallet options may also be available depending on the merchant and integration.

Can I receive CAD funding?

CAD funding is part of PeptidePay’s Canadian positioning. Eligible approved merchants may also have USD funding options depending on banking and processing configuration.

Are there reserves?

PeptidePay promotes no-reserve structures for qualifying approved merchant profiles. Any reserve requirement is ultimately determined by underwriting and the applicable processing arrangement, so no-reserve language should not be treated as an unconditional guarantee.

Does the PeptidePay RUO program support SARMs?

No. The RUO peptide program described on PeptidePay.ca is not intended for SARMs. Merchants should disclose the real product catalogue and remain within the approved merchant profile.

Can I change my products after approval?

Material changes to the product catalogue or merchant profile should be reviewed before those products are processed through the approved setup. This helps avoid preventable processing issues.

What should I do if underwriting asks for more information?

Respond as clearly and promptly as possible. If something unusual happened in the merchant’s processing history or operations, provide context rather than leaving the reviewer to guess.

READY FOR STEP ONE?

Prepare the merchant. Apply once. Move forward clearly.

Start with a complete business story, submit through Boardvia and move through underwriting, integration and launch with a clear understanding of what happens next.

READY WHEN THE BUSINESS IS READY

Build the store correctly. Then start processing.

If your website is live, your RUO positioning is clean, your inventory or fulfillment is ready and your business information is organized, the next step is the application. Applications are completed securely through Boardvia.
